Hello Sheryl and welcome back to planDisney! It's so great to have you on board with us as you prepare for your Disney Cruise Line vacation that is just ahead on the horizon!
Only a few short weeks till the big sail away with Captains Mickey and Minnie! I can't wait for you to be welcome aboard and for all of the excitement that lies ahead. As your Disney Cruise is so quickly approaching, so is your online check-in date.
You will need to choose your own Port Arrival time during the check-in process. I recommend that you choose the earliest time that you can and then
reach out to the guest service agents at Disney Cruise Line to share with them your port arrival time and confirm your
ground transportation details. You can read more about what to expect on Embarkation Day on the
Updated Experiences page on the Disney Cruise Line Website.
As far as convenience is concerned, you seem to have made excellent plans when it comes to getting into Orlando and to Port Canaveral. Staying in the hotel that is essentially inside the airport sure makes things simple, and leaving the driving to the Disney Cruise Line is genius.
Just a last minute tip before you begin your online check in. Be sure to have clear pictures in .JPG format of your proof of vaccination and your identification documents on the device you will use to check in. You can get a head start on the security photos and take pictures
(from about shoulders up) of those in your sailing party against a plain background and have them ready to upload as well. This will help you to sail through the process quickly.
I wish you smooth travels and a magical vacation. Please visit us again at planDisney if you have any more questions. We'd love to help!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
