My family will be staying at one of the value resorts but I would lovev to visit other hotels to tour the inside just to see the beautiful decor, is that possible or do you have to have a room to have access to certain resorts?

    Hi Shandi!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

You can absolutely visit the other resorts.  You can go and explore them, enjoy their special activities (such as movie night on a beach for example), dine in one of their restaurants, and shop in one of their stores.  The only thing you can't do is to swim in a pool at a different hotel.

The easiest resorts to explore without a car are the Magic Kingdom Monorail Resorts:  Polynesian, Grand Floridian, and the Contemporary.  You could easily visit them on a day you are visiting the Magic Kingdom.  If you have your own car, it is easy to visit all of the resorts.  Just tell the Disney Cast Member at the security booth into the parking lot that you are there to explore the hotel for a couple of hours!

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and please write back with more questions!
