My family will be staying in one of the 3 Bedroom Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort. We're planning to order groceries from a local Walmart. Do you have to be in your room when the order is delivered? What address we should use for delivery?

Hi there, Carl! Welcome to planDisney!

In just a few short weeks, you'll be headed out on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Well, hold on to your hat, Carl, because it is bound to be a wild ride with so much happening around Walt Disney World!

I LOVE that you’re planning to get some groceries delivered for your stay at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. It’s such a great way to save some money on food by whipping up your favorite meals from home, but from your villa right in the middle of Walt Disney World! And the best part is that the team at your resort makes ordering groceries as easy as can be! So, to answer your question, Carl, you do not need to wait around for your order. The Bell Services team will happily accept and hold your grocery delivery until you are ready to receive it. As an added bonus, they will also ensure that any perishable items get refrigerated upon arrival, so feel free to order any fresh food you like! However, it is important to note that if any items in your order require age verification (such as alcohol), you must be there in person to receive your order.

When placing your grocery order, make sure your name is listed as the recipient, and use the address below:
    1960 Broadway
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8446

If you would like the Bell Services team to deliver your order to your room once you are ready to receive it, a fee of $6 (the amount is subject to change) will be charged to your room account. Alternatively, you are welcome to pick up the groceries from the Bell Services desk and bring them to your room free of charge.

If you don’t feel like cooking, Walt Disney World has many incredible food options for you to choose from. Lucky for you, Disney Springs is just a quick 10-15 minute walk from your hotel, so you have the incredible spot, Gideon's Bakehouse, right in your backyard! Oh my goodness, you simply MUST pick up some cookies before you leave. Believe me; these are not just your average cookies, my friend! I can tell you that these are the absolute best cookies I have ever had and totally lived up to the hype! In fact, I now have to set aside time to stop over on each visit to Walt Disney World to pick up a supply to bring home and store in the freezer. They are THAT good, so don't miss your chance to try them out! You won't regret it!

I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! If you have any other questions as you continue to plan your Walt Disney World vacation, feel free to visit us again, and we will be happy to help!

    See you real soon!
