My family staying at a good neighbor hotel for a night before checking into the Disneyland Hotel. The morning we check into the Disneyland Hotel we're is going into the parks. Can we leave our luggage at the hotel until check in time?

Welcome to planDisney, Alexandra! I am very happy to help you.

It is so exciting to hear that you will be visiting and staying at the Disneyland Resort this year! You will be arriving on the first day of the Holiday season. That will be a magical way to begin your vacation!

Regarding your question, yes! You can absolutely arrive at the Disneyland Hotel on the morning you plan to check in to leave your luggage. When you arrive at the hotel, you will simply leave your luggage with Bell Services. It is located in front of the Fantasy Tower, or the main tower.

Tip: I recommend checking in at the lobby, even if you complete the online check-in service. This is because you will be given a physical room key, which you can use for Early Entry at the Theme Parks.

Alexandra, I hope you find this helpful! And don't forget that you can get a DOLE Whip at the Tangaroa Terrace Tropical Bar & Grill, one of the restaurants at the Disneyland Hotel.

    Your Pal,
    Alejandra
