Our family of 6 will be staying at FW this summer. I understand that check out time is 11am. We will have used up our park tickets. Our flight home is not available until the evening. Can we use the FW pool after our check out time of 11am (say 10am-2pm)?

Greetings, Travis.  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

When I vacation at Walt Disney World, I always try to savor every last minute of the magic by leaving as late in the day as possible.  The good news is Mickey Mouse wants you to stay too!  You are more than welcome to enjoy the pool after you've left your room on the day you check out.  Take your belongings to Bell Services and have them store your luggage (free of charge)  until you are ready to leave.  Your resorts privileges don't technically expire until midnight the day you check out, just like Cinderella.

I hope this helps you plan your day.  If you have any other questions, please come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
