My family and I will be staying at Disney's Old Key West Resort through RCI. Can we still purchase a dining plan even though we transferred in through RCI? And also I would like to know about the resort refillable mugs. Do you get free refills with them?

    Hi Michelle,

I love a stay at Disney's Old Key West Resort.  The atmosphere is so laid back and relaxing.  It is a wonderful place to spend a vacation.

Guests who trade into a Disney Vacation Club Resort through RCI are able to purchase the Dining Plan.  What you will need to do is wait until you have your confirmation number for this vacation.  Then, you can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800 with this information and explain that you exchanged in through RCI.  The cast member should then be able to help you add the Dining Plan to your reservation.  The Dining Plan comes with a one resort refillable mug for each person on the Dining Plan.  You are correct, you do get free refills of drinks such as soda and coffee with these refillable mugs.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Michelle.  Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
