My family is staying at Coronado Springs 4/13/19-4/22/19. I have completed my Online Resort Check-in. We do not arrive until after 3:00 check-in so will I get a text of my room number or will I need to go to the registration desk?? TY

    Hi Blandine!

Online check-in is such a time saver.  I used it for a stay last week at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and didn't have to visit the front desk at all during my visit.

Once you have completed your online check-in and have stated what time you expect to arrive, you should receive a text and an email letting you know when your room is ready along with the room number and location of the room.  I have heard from some guests stating they have never received a notification, so if you feel like it's getting close and your room is not ready, I have a work around for you.  Log in to your My Disney Experience mobile app and you'll see your Disney Resort hotel reservation on the main page of plans.  Click on your reservation.  If your room is ready, you'll see a link to "View Room Number".  If it's not there, your room is not yet ready.  You can take it one step further and click on "Open Room Door".  If it's not ready, it will say something about how you don't have a room assignment yet and then you definitely know your room is not ready yet.  But, if you're arriving after the 3pm check-in time, your room should be ready for you when you arrive.

Please stop back by if you have any additional questions.

    Have a magical day!
