My family is staying at the Caribbean. I read that the skyliner does not open until 1 hour before the parks open. Since Disney hotel guests can enter all the parks 30 minutes early, will they let guests get onto the skyliner earlier to make rope drop.

    Hello Meghan,

If you've never stayed at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort, you're going to love the colorful, vibrant atmosphere. It's truly like being on a fun island vacation. If you have stayed there before, you're going to love it even more with the added convenience of the Disney Skyliner to get you to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios.

As a fellow rope drop, early morning Disney fan, I know why you are eager to get into the parks each day as soon as possible. You can feel the excitement of the day ahead and get in a few key attractions before the parks get crowded. We just returned from staying at resort connected to the Skyliner, and when we arrived at the station an hour before park opening, we easily made it to the turnstiles to take advantage of the extra 1/2 hour in the parks. Depending on the crowds, it's possible that the Skyliner may start running slightly earlier, so it never hurts to have some time to spare. If you have to wait for the Skyliner to start moving, you'll have time grab a coffee or treat at Joffrey's Coffee & Tea Company kiosk adjacent to the Disney Skyliner station at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!
