My family and I will be staying at the caribbean beach resort, I know that it has a beach and I was wondering if guest were allowed to swim in it...

Swimming in the waters (besides the pools) is prohibited at WDW. While the sandy white beaches of the Caribbean Beach Resort are inviting, the water does not lend itself to swimming.

Many of the creatures in WDW are quite friendly but the wild ones swimming about in the lakes aren't as predictable. Just remember that this is a tropical climate. Lions and tigers and bears...well, no. But reptiles. Maybe.

Once you see the lovely pools at the Caribbean Beach Resort, you'll be more than happy to swim in these friendly "watering holes".

Enjoy!! CBR is a wonderful resort.
