My family is staying at the Cabins at Fort Wilderness over April vacation. I know some grocery basics are available at the Outposts, but is there a list of what items are available? (Ex. My kids love Greek yogurt, can I buy it onsite?)

As they say in the wilderness; Howdy Amy!
I'm super excited to know you are planning a magical April trip to stay in one of my families favourite spots The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, you're quite sure to enjoy a simply rootin' tootin' time there!
For my family one of the greatest conveniences of lodging in a cozy, home-from-home style cabin is that preparing meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen is an absolute cinch; especially if like in my family, a member of your group happens to be a picky eater!
Apart from purchasing grocery supplies in person at either the Meadow Trading Post or Settlement Trading Post did you know Guests can now also pre-order groceries at least 3 business days ahead of check-in via this Grocery Order Form which can be submitted by mail or fax by following the directions included.
Looking at the order form, I can see Dannon yogurts but not particularly Greek style ones. However I can share with you that during previous Disney trips I have been able to purchase Oikos Greek yogurts at many Quick-Service dining locations.
Wishing you an extra magical Spring visit to Walt Disney World Resort
