Hi! Our family will be staying at the 3 bedroom Grand Floridian Grand Villa. 2 of our guests will have to sleep on the sofa bed in the media room. How comfortable is the sofa bed? If needed, can a mattress pad be requested?

    Hi Loraine,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa are so elegant, and the location close to Magic Kingdom is wonderful. Staying in a three-bedroom grand villa there will be amazing, I am sure!

Although I have not slept on the pull-out sofas at this resort, I have stayed on the pull-out sofas at other Disney Vacation Club resorts and have found them to be quite comfortable. I have not heard of mattress pads being available for request. You could pad the mattress with extra blankets if needed; however, I have found that at the end of a long day at Walt Disney World, I am typically tired and sleep comes easily!

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Loraine. Have a wonderful time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
