Our family will be staying at the Beach club this spring, mostly because of the convenience of being so close to Epcot. Can we order food "to go" from Epcot counter service restaurants and take it back to the Beach Club to eat?

    Hi Jennifer:

I've left Epcot with food to take back to my resort on several occasions. I've also seen numerous guests leave the parks with food without problem. However, counter service trays are not allowed out of the park. So if you leave the park with food, make sure it's in an appropriate "to-go" container.

Remember, to enter Epcot, even just to get counter service food, you will have to use a park ticket. Also, the walk from certain Epcot World Showcase pavilions back to the Beach Club can take 10-20 minutes if not more, depending on your room location at the Beach Club and the World Showcase pavilion where you pick up food. So any hot food may get cold during the walk back to your resort. An alternative would be to visit food options at your resort or to check out the multiple food options on Disney's Boardwalk.

    Enjoy your vacation.
