Our family is staying at the Art of Animation in June. On our last day, we plan to spend a half-day in the parks before leaving by car to visit relatives elsewhere. Can we check our luggage at the resort in the morning and pick it up later that day?

    Hi William!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm happy to help.

First of all, you're going to LOVE Disney's Art of Animation Resort. It's truly like stepping into some of your favorite Disney films, as you walk through the courtyard to your room. Get ready for endless photo ops with larger-than-life characters from The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Finding Nemo and Cars! It's seriously the cutest, most amazingly-themed resort. My family loves it!

If you'd like to leave your luggage with Bell Services on the morning you check out of your hotel, while you go enjoy the parks for a bit, you're more than welcome to do so. In fact, I do it often! I usually keep some small bills on hand to tip the Bell Services Cast Members when I return to pick up my bags. They are always super helpful and friendly!

I hope this helps with your planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
