My family will be staying at Art of Animation June 7-10 (EXCITED!). We have a reservation at Ohana for breakfast at 7:50am. Will a bus go directly to the Polynesian? Or will we have to board a bus to a park and then another bus to the Polynesian? Thanks

    Hi Nicholle,

You're so lucky to be staying at Disney's newest resort!  I'm jealous!  You will forever be a part of Disney history as one of this resort's first guests.  That's pretty cool.

Typically, the bus you board at Disney's Art of Animation Resort will go to one of the theme parks or to Downtown Disney.  There are no direct resort-to-resort buses at Walt Disney World.  That should be no problem, though.  All you need to do is board a Magic Kingdom-bound bus and then transfer to either the resort monorail or boat to get to Disney's Polynesian Resort.

Be sure to check at the Guest Services desk at your home resort the night before your breakfast reservation to make sure that the Disney buses will be running early enough to deliver you to the Magic Kingdom, and ultimately to 'Ohana.  If they don't start running until later, plan to grab a taxi directly to Disney's Polynesian Resort.  While this plan is not free, it is the speediest way to reach your early morning destination.

Have a lovely breakfast with Stitch in June!
