My family will be staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge. We have booked a std room but need a bunk bed for 12 yr twins (1 is autistic). Hw can we ensure that we get bunk bed?? We cannot afford to pay to upgrade.

    Hi Julie Mary!

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is spectacular! The breath taking views of the savannahs are unforgettable! The standard rooms offer either 2 Queen Beds or 1 Queen Bed and 1 Bunk Bed or 1 King Bed and 1 Day Bed. If you desire a bunk bed, you will have to make a request with Guest Services. I recommend that you call Guest Services as soon as possible to notate your account with the bunk bed request. The phone number is 1 (407) 939-5277. Please keep in mind that this is just an accommodation request and are usually available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Since you will already be at the resort, I wanted to take a moment to recommend Boma Flavors of Africa Restaurant. I have had their breakfast and dinner buffets and they are both amazing!

It's been a real pleasure assisting you Julie Mary. If you need any recommendations for restaurants or any other planning need, please feel free to send me your questions!
