My family and I are staying at All-Star Sports Resort the end of May. We are traveling from Canada so can I order some grocery items for our room like milk , fruit and stuff and have it delivered? And how does it all work?.

    Hi Tammy,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

I usually have some grocery items in our room when we visit Walt Disney World Resort, usually so that we can have breakfast in the morning before we set off for our Disney Day. You have a few delivery options with retailers such as Garden Grocer, Instacart and even Amazon Fresh that all deliver to Walt Disney World Resort hotels. There is also a limited selection of items available for purchase at your Resort’s gift shop, but the fruit selection typically isn’t that great.

Two things to remember: first, the refrigerator in your room is a “mini fridge” so it doesn’t hold as much as a conventional one, so be sure not to overbuy perishables. Second, your Walt Disney World Resort hotel will charge you a small delivery fee for your order, which will be charged to your resort folio account (to be paid when you check out).

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
