If my family and I are staying at All-star resort and want to take part in the Early morning magic that would start at 730 am - what are our options for getting to Magical Kingdom? I read the buses only run 1/2 hour before the park opens!

    Hi, Jayme!

Oh, my! You must be so excited: your trip to Walt Disney World is right around the corner!

I stay at Disney's All-Star Music Resort once a year, and love so much about all three All-Stars. You are going to have so much fun!

A perfect perk of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel is, among other things, complimentary transportation, and the Walt Disney World Bus Service is no exception. Although the website states that bus service begins approximately 45 minutes prior to each park's official open, that transportation begins even earlier on Extra Magic Hour days and for early events such as Disney Early Morning Magic - Fantasyland at Magic Kingdom Park. As such, you'll be able to head to the bus stop at your Disney All-Star Resort hotel (located in front of the lobby, just beyond the food court) with plenty of time to get to the resort for some early magical moments.

Another convenient option is, for an additional fee, utilizing Disney Minnie Van Service Connected by Lyft. What's great about this service is that Minnie Van drivers are Walt Disney World Cast Members, so not only do they know their way around the entire resort--no getting lost--they are also able to pick you up and drop you off right outside your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room. This can save you extra steps--and time--if you are eager to get to a park or dining location as quickly and efficiently as possible. When we're in a travel pinch, my family loves it!

Enjoy those extra hours of magic, Jayme. Send us more questions as you plan your stay, too. We love to help!
