    My family is stayimg at ASMu in late Sept and I've heard check in time is at 4pm. We are hoping to arrive earlier than that and go ahead to one of the parks. Is there a way we can go earlier and get our tickets since they are the same as the room key?

    Hi Ashley,

    Thanks for writing!  Yes, you will be able to pick up your park tickets and head to the parks whenever you arrive at the resort despite the fact that a room may not be available before check-in time.  Your "tickets" are, indeed, going to be on the same plastic cards as your room keys, however, they won't work to open the door to a room until one is available for your family.  Your park tickets, however, are ready to use as soon as you check-in.  If you have luggage or carry-ons from your trip that you would prefer not to carry into the parks, you can leave them with valet at All Star Music, and then head to a park!
