Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    My family & I have stayed at Port Orleans for our last 3 trips, so we're looking for something new. What other moderate priced resort would you recommend? Most important is an awesome pool! Not important to be close to any particular resort.

    Our family enjoys staying at all the different resorts at Walt Disney World. I think you'll find a change in your WDW residence to be a lot of fun.

    I would recommend the Caribbean Beach Resort. The pool was just refurbished. My family can't wait to stay there 14 days from now! On a prior visit, we enjoyed the tropical landscaping, my son loved that the kid meals were served in sand pails and the sandy beach with playgrounds scattered throughout the resort made for nice diversions as well.

    The courtyards in between the buildings were delightful places to relax before heading back to the room.

    It is now the only moderate resort with a zero entry pool. It is pirate themed too!
