Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    My family of 3 will be stay in Vwl. My mom has decided to join us but she does not want to go to the parks everyday due to age and health. I have not added her to our reservation yet. My question is, Does she have to have the same tickets that we do?

    Hi Melanie,

    If you are purchasing a Magic Your Way Package which includes Park tickets for each member of your travel party, then your Mom would need a ticket. I'd hate to see her miss out on joining you because of this. One option would be to purchase room only and buy your Park tickets separately. This way, she could buy just the number of days that she wants. If you definitely want the Package, know that after 4 days, the tickets go up in increments of just a few dollars per day. She may find that she feels well enough to come meet up with you in the evenings for dinner and therefore would still be making use of her tickets.
