Our family of 5 would like to stay at riverside, when booking how do we request the room will the extra pull down bed? Online it groups rooms with 2 queens and rooms with queen and pull down bed in the same button.

    Hi Robin,

Thanks for stopping by to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I had a wonderful stay at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, a couple of years ago. Boatwright’s Dining Hall was very nice, with great views of the Sassagoula River. And Ol’ Man Island’s waterslide, is a favorite for everyone.

Many of the guest rooms accommodate up to five people, and those would include a Bunk-Size Pull-Down Bed. When a reservation is made that includes a party of five, you will be guaranteed one of these rooms. These beds are dual purposed, letting you use it as a bench during the day, and as a small size bed at night. Although smaller than a twin size bed, it is still comfortable for children or a petite adult. One thing to note is that the extra bed is not available on Royal Guest Rooms as they can only accommodate up to four people.

Any more questions? Don’t hesitate to come back. See you real soon!
