Hi! Where should my family stay (my husband & I, boy 7 yo & daughter 5 yo) - Polynesian or Animal Kingdom? We are headed there the week after Thanksgiving. I am very torn between the two & have not stayed at either. Thanks!!!

Hi Stacey!  I have stayed at both resorts and they are unique in their own way and wonderful.  However, I am one for location and you can't beat the Polynesian resorts location and easy accessibility to the Magic Kingdom and the monorail system.

Since the holiday season will be in full bloom when you are there I think you would enjoy the beautiful holiday castle lighting from the Polynesian as well.  Just this scene will get you into the spirit faster then anything else.  You can request a castle view room which will cost a little more if you can fit it into your budget.

My vote is Polynesian. Animal Kingdom Lodge is great but location is definitely not as convenient.
