My family and I have a stay at the Grand Californian in February. I was wondering if Disneyland offered luggage transfer if we decided to add a day and stay at a different Disney property? Thank you!

    Hey Braden!

    Welcome to planDisney!

You’re going to love your next stay at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! I just returned from a week-long stay and it was nothing short of magnificent. The Cast Members were amazing, the service was impeccable and it was the relaxing vacation I needed. You’re going to want to make sure you book your dining reservations when those become available for your trip. I highly recommend GCH Craftsman Bar for lunch or dinner and my favorite item on the menu has to be the Maine Lobster Quesadilla. If you like the Lobster Nachos from Lamplight Lounge you're going to love this quesadilla!

Whenever my family visits the Walt Disney World Resort we love to do a split stay! I haven’t done one yet at the Disneyland Resort, but I definitely want to and see why you would too. Because the Disney Hotels are so close in proximity to each other, the Disneyland Resort does not offer a luggage transfer for a split stay at this time. You are more than welcome to drop your stuff off at bell services until your next room is ready. You could then walk the luggage over once your new room was ready.

Well Braden, if you need any other planning tips please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
