Ahoy there, Brittany. Welcome to planDisney.
I’m delighted to see you’ll be aboard a
Disney cruise pretty soon! I bet you and your family are getting excited as you countdown to Embarkation Day. I’m also glad to see you’re lining up your ducks and getting the
essential documents ready for boarding.
I want to assure you that you’ll get to check in together as a family. Your minor son will not be split from you despite having different forms government-issued travel documents. It is perfectly fine for him to use his original birth certificate and government-issued photo ID while the rest of the family presents passports.
Once you’re all checked in, you’ll soon be able to board the ship. Be sure to have the
Disney Cruise Line Navigation App downloaded on your phone and hop onto the ship’s WiFi when you get on the ship. You’ll be able to access helpful information such as daily schedule of activities, where and when to meet your favorite Disney characters, as well as check out restaurant menus. My family and I look forward to the various trivias and Silent Disco!
If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to sail by
planDisney again. We’re happy to assist you in planning a magical vacation!
Hope to SEA ya again,
Kiki
