    I have family that is going to spend Christmas staying at WDW, at an on-property resort. Would it be possible to gift them a credit on their room account? I don't want to give them a gift card because it is very likely they will forget it at home!

    Great news! You can put a credit on your family member's Walt Disney World Resort Hotel account. The best way to do this would be to call (407) 939-2273. The Cast Member I spoke to mentioned you will need their full name, home address, and resort name to be able to accomplish this.
