We have a family of seven and would like to cruise at the end of December or beginning of January. What would be the best way of going about it?

Welcome to planDisney, Kyle! Thank you for visiting with us with your question. I love traveling with my family and friends! I suggest visiting the Disney Cruise Line website to determine which ship and itinerary you and your family would like to sail on. Toward the end of December 2025 through the beginning of January 2026, there are itineraries going to the Bahamas, Eastern and Western Caribbean, and Australia. They range from 3 to 10-Nights. There are two new ships that will be setting sail later this year as well. The Disney Destiny will be setting sail from Fort Lauderdale, and the Disney Adventure will be setting sail from Singapore.

Only a limited number of staterooms will accommodate up to 7 Guests, and they are Concierge staterooms, so consider reserving two staterooms. There are connecting staterooms on the Disney Dream, Fantasy, Wish, Treasure, and Destiny. There are a limited number of staterooms on the Disney Magic and Wonder. All of the ships have activities for all ages, so I think you and your family would love any of them.

Once you have narrowed down your choices, you can book your cruise online or call Disney Cruise Line directly to speak with a reservation specialist. You can also find a Disney-authorized Travel Agent to assist you.

Planning a Disney vacation can get overwhelming, but planDisney is here to save the day! You can sail back to see us anytime with any other questions.

    Adventure is out there!
