Ahoy Rebecca –
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and I am pleased to welcome a fellow Texan onboard! The
Wonder is one of my favorite ships because of the smaller size and the friendly feeling I get every time I sail from the “Wonder”ful cast members. Your pirate crew will love the deck parties, exclusive adult events, family fun activities as well as Broadway style shows and first run Hollywood movies in the Buena Vista Theatre. Beverages (soda, milk, tea, hot water, hot chocolate) are included at table service restaurants and at
Beverage Stations on Deck 9. Alcohol is available for purchase, and each drink will have an automatic 15% gratuity added to the price. On Disney Cruise Line, you will find a wide range of yummy island cocktails, beer, wine, and mixed spirits available as early as embarkation day! There is no specific drink pass for alcoholic drinks (they do have it for coffee at Cove Café) and you will need to pay for each drink individually, unless you are consuming beer. My fellow panelist Nancy answered a great question about the
refillable beer mug that may help to save some gold doubloons. Also, pirate guests can bring wine and beer in their carry-on treasure chests, so check the
Alcohol Policy to see the guidelines and details before you pack. Rebecca, we hope you have smooth sailing with your cruise planning and come back to see us if you need more help!
