How can my family with 4 separate rooms link our reservations on the app?

    Hiya Doreen!

Welcome to planDisney! It sure sounds like you and your family are in for a very good time. So many people to make memories with!

It's very easy to begin planning together through My Disney Experience. Anyone 13 or older can create their own My Disney Experience Account. Once you get at least one person in each room to make their account you can begin linking to them so they show up on your "My Family & Friends List." Anyone who is under the age of 13 can be linked to tickets, and lists by creating a "managed profile." There should only be one profile per person whether it is their account or a managed one. Once everyone has an account or managed profile you can begin to link to them. Head to your Family & Friends List and scroll down to "+ Add a Guest" where you will search for your people. You can even "Find a Guest from a Walt Disney World Resort hotel reservation." When using the My Disney Experience App just click on the "≡" on the bottom right and scroll down to "My Profile." On the top right click on "Family & Friends List and then proceed down to "+ Add a Guest." It's just the same as doing it from a regular internet browser. Once you are all linked up and sharing plans you can begin coordinating all your fun! Now that you are linked and your reservations indicate that you are traveling together you can book for each other Lightning Lanes, make dining reservations, and even view each other's Disney PhotoPass photos

Some great restaurants for large groups that I had success with were Biergarten Restaurant and Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria in EPCOT and Paradiso 37, Taste of the Americas in Disney Springs. Traveling with large parties can be interesting due to all of the varied opinions and interests but making time to have at least one point every day where you all can gather and reconnect is a fun way to keep everyone happy.

I hope this helps and you have a fabulous time! If you have any questions please feel free to let me know directly!

    Happy Planning!

We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
