My family and I were selected to test the new magic bands. We plan on going to the Epcot Food and Wine Festival this year and I was curious if the kiosks are going to have the reader, so I can pay using the band. Thanks for the help!

Hi Scott, Congratulations on being selected for the Magic Band testing. While it is still the in the testing phase, many of the merchants around the resorts and parks have the RFID readers at the registers. These work for both the Magic Bands as well as the RFID coded Keys to the Kingdom cards. However, until the festival opens this coming weekend, it is uncertain as to whether the Food and Wine Festival kiosks will have the readers or not. I will say this, when I was there this summer, several of the year-round kiosks around World Showcase did have the readers. So, it is possible, but not necessarily guaranteed.
