HI! my family is sailing for 4 days on Dream then 4 days at the parks, 1BIG issue, I've made a lifestyle change as far as eating healthy. We have the qk meal plan for the parks. Any suggestions for healthy eating both places, do I need the reg dining plan

    Hi Jessica,

Way to go on deciding to change your life and eat healthy!!! That is awesome!!!

You have alot of options with the quick service meal plan-if you upgrade your meal plan it will give you more options.  You will be able to make good choices with either.

There are a lot of healthy options for all of your meals and snacks....the important thing is to make the healthy choice.  When you are looking at the menu as to what is available just stay strong and choose wisely.  The cookie or decadent dessert might be calling you but you know that you will feel better and it is better for you if you choose fruit.  Choose salad over fries, water over juice/soda.

Here is the link for dining plans...take a look and compare the differences in the meal plans.

You will be fine both on the Dream and at Walt Disney World....as I said there are a lot of options.....just choose wisely!!!

Again, congratulations on changing your lifestyle and making a difference in your health!

    Yours in good health,

    Carrie
