Hi Stacy!
I am so glad to hEAR you are heading out on another Disney Cruise Line vacation! My family is sailing that same itinerary early next Spring and it will be our first time sailing the Baja, and I am thrilled for that adventure!
If you booked your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation directly through Disney Cruise Line (either online or on the phone), a name can be changed on the reservation up to 45 days prior to departure at no charge. At 44 days prior, there will be a $50.00 fee to change a Guest’s name on your reservation. Therefore, if you are not canceling a Guest in your party (and reducing your travel party size) and it is at least 45 days prior to your sailing date, you can change a name. If you opt to add a Guest, you can do so, but it would be at the current rate. Therefore, if one Guest that is currently on your reservation cannot make it and you want to change the Guest’s name, just be sure you do it at least 45 days before your departure date. This makes it very convenient if you aren’t exactly sure who might be going in someone’s place, giving you additional time to get that figured out. If your Disney Cruise was booked with a travel agent, they may have different policies regarding adding or changing a Guest name on a reservation and you would need to confirm their policy with them.
As a
Concierge Guest, be sure that you take advantage of the shoreside Concierge Team and provide your booking requests 125 days ahead of your sailing date. Once 120 days arrives, the Concierge Team will take care of booking those excursions and onboard activities for you, further simplifying the process for you!
Wishing you a WONDERful vacation at sea with many memories made! Oh, and don't forget to have the beignets at Tiana's Place!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
