Hi Wilhelmina,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
So excited to hear that your family is planning to have a great, big, beautiful vacation in 2023! To have this family reunion during the holiday season will be truly special for your family.
At this time, guests aren’t yet able to book for 2023, but Hakuna Matata! You can begin thinking about certain aspects of your vacation as you’re waiting for your booking window to open.
First, I’d start with the types of
tickets everyone would like. Does everyone want to go into all the Theme Parks and Park Hop? Are there some family members who will only go to one Theme Park per day? My family likes to do a few Park Hopper days, then they rest, recharge, and shop on the other days of the vacation. Figuring out how the tickets will work for each family member will be important so you’re ready to book once you see your dates available.
The same goes for
Disney Resorts Collection hotels! Will you be staying at a
Value,
Moderate, or
Deluxe hotel? I suggest looking through the list of options at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you’re booking more than 10 rooms for your family, call the
Group Reservations help desk once the bookings are available. Don't forget to check out the
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels too!
Depending on the hotel you stay in, you could also book a conference room or space and have a special dinner or event if that’s something your family would be interested in. This is something
Disney Meetings & Events could help you organize!
There are so many great things to do for families at the Walt Disney World Resort and I just scratched the surface. I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for an epic family celebration next year. If you have further questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
