    Hi! My family and I just returned from a wonderful Cruise to the Bahamas. I completely forgot to go to Shutters before leaving the ship. Can I still access and purchase some of the photos taken of us? I did not have the photopass.

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hear that your family had a wonderful time cruising to the Bahamas! I love setting sail to the Bahamas aboard Disney Cruise Line because of the magical stop at Disney's private island, Castaway Cay! Swimming in the ocean with our cruise ship in the distance is picture perfect.

    Oh, I'm so sorry that you forgot to stop at Shutters during your cruise to view and possibly purchase the pictures that were taken! With all the exciting activities each day, I can completely understand how this could happen! Unfortunately, the photos taken during your cruise are not able to be viewed after you disembark the ship. However, the photography team usually keeps Guests' photos for about 28 days after their sail date. There is a chance you might still be able to purchase your most memorable photos!

    Click on the link found on Disney Cruise Line's Photography Page to the My Cruise Photos website. On the home page of the My Cruise Photos website, choose the "Can't see your cruise?" option. Then, select "I returned from my cruise and need technical support." Then, choose "I just sailed and forgot to purchase photos." During this last step, you will find a form you can fill out to request particular pictures. Although I can't guarantee that you will be able to purchase any of your pictures, this will be your best opportunity!
