Hi, my family and I had a resort booked for April 21, 2012. I cancelled my reservation yesterday, and I was just wondering when I will get my $200 deposit back?

I am so sorry to read that you had to cancel your plans to come to Walt Disney World. I know how disappointing that can be. I hope that circumstances allow you to come back real soon. A great place to answer any questions regarding cancellations is Disney Cancellation Terms and Conditions. Based on my recent contacts with the helpful cast members at the Walt Disney Travel Company, it appears that the funds will be credited back to the card in approximatley one to two business cycles (think 30-60 days). If you wish to discuss any matter related to your cancellation, they can be reached directly at (407) 828-8101. Again, I am sorry to hear about the cancellation but look forward to helping you next time you visit.
