My family has reservations for 4-2-11 thru 4-6-11. On the 10 day weather forecast, it shows T-storms. Do they shut down rides when it storms? Is there still plenty to do while it rains?

    Hi there Patricia!

It really depends on the type of rain.. Typically, during a sprinkle, rides will not close. I'm not saying it's a definite, but outdoor rides will stay open unless it's a pretty heavy rain... If there is a downpour which does happen down there about 85% of the rides are indoors anyway so you will only get wet walking between them. Make sure to take rain ponchos with you they can be expensive! Some outdoor shows will be canceled do to rain so, please check the Park Times Guide to verify Character appearance locations, parade and show times as changes may occur. I hope you Have a Magical Stay at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you have any more questions we are always here to help!
