    My family and I have reservations for Narcoossee in august. I heard that there will be a dessert party starting soon at there. would that effect us being able to go on the balcony and seeing the fireworks with our current reservations that r not for that?

    Hi Amanda! During the month of March Disney did indeed test a new Wishes dessert party at the Narcoossees restaurant at the Grand Floridian resort. It was held every Friday night and was on some of the balcony area of the restaurant and then part of the boat dock. I have not heard any recent news if this was something they would continue.

    Narcoossees is a great dining location and very popular for their food as well as the wonderful view looking out over Seven Seas Lagoon and the Magic Kingdom. I would continue with your plans to make reservations there until further notice about possible exclusive events. You would still likely have some area you could go to where you could enjoy the Wishes show if an event developed.
