    My family and I have reservations for Fort Wilderness for December 9-16, 2017. I just purchased our Florida Platinum passes. We are planning to visit the parks this summer, but our magic bands will not be sent out until Nov. Can we get them sooner?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So happy to hear from a fellow Floridian and Annual Passholder! I believe the MagicBand order you are seeing with the November date is the order for your resort stay. As an Annual Passholder, you can order your Passholder MagicBands. So in a nutshell, you are entitled to two MagicBands. Ordering your Passholder MagicBand is simple!  The first thing you need to do is link your new Platinum Annual Passes to your My Disney Experience Account. Then under  "My Account", select "MagicBands and Cards". A new window should open and you should be able to see the "MagicBand Order" for your Passholder MagicBands. Once there, you will be able to personalize your Passholder MagicBand! If you experience any issues, contact Guest Services at (407) 939-5277.
