    If my family had reservations at Chef Mickey's at 6:30 or 7:00 would we have time to make Illuminations at Epcot by 9:00?

    Hi Lora! This would be very close timing to try to enjoy a meal at Chef Mickey's and then race over to EPCOT for the Illuminations show. It is not impossible but something would most likely have to give to be able to do it all.

    Since Chef Mickey's is a buffet you can eat as quickly as you wish and be out of there but please remember that the characters can't be rushed and they follow a pattern through-out the dining rooms.  If you left quickly you would be leaving without being able to see all the characters for the evening.  You would then need to catch the monorail and transfer to the EPCOT monorail at the Transportation and Ticket Center.  Once you arrive at EPCOT you have a bit of a walk through Future World to get to the lagoon where Illuminations is shown.  You have a better chance of eating and making the show with the 6:30 reservation time.
