Hello there, Mary!
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for bringing your question to us. I hope that you and your family had a wonderful trip to the Disneyland Resort last year and were able to experience some
Holiday Magic! It is truly a beautiful time to visit with all the decorations and yummy Holiday themed foods on offer.
As you stated,
Disney PhotoPass pictures expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken. If you need more time to download them, you may purchase a one-time
Expiration Extension through the
PhotoPass Products page which will give you an additional 15 days to access them. In order to view your pictures, log into your
Disneyland account and select "My Photos" from the "My Disneyland" pull-down tab menu. You then have the option to download select photos or click "select all visible media" to download all photos.
If your photos have already expired, I would recommend calling
PhotoPass Guest Support. There is no guarantee that they will be able to recover your photos, however. I would urge you to be like the White Rabbit and make haste to try and download your pictures!
I hope you took home some pleasant memories and souvenirs from your recent trip, Mary. If you enjoyed the Holiday decorations, I would recommend checking out how the Disneyland Resort decorates for
Halloween! It is by far my favorite season to visit.
I wish you the best in finding your photos and I hope you were able to use the information in this answer. Please feel free to come by planDisney anytime you have any more questions for us!
