    My family and I received tickets to Disneyland but we are in Florida and it was an honest mistake that the tickets were bought for the wrong resort. We’re going to Disney World tomorrow is there anyway that we can use the tickets at DisneyWorld

    I'm sorry to hear that there was some confusion with your tickets. There are a couple of factors happening here that need attention right away, including that tickets for Disneyland Resort cannot be used at Walt Disney World Resort, and there are no Disney Park Pass reservations available for December 29, the day that you plan to visit. With that in mind, you must get in touch with Guest Services immediately, preferably before you make the trip to Walt Disney World Resort tomorrow. You can do this by calling the hotline for Existing Tickets and speaking to a Cast Member about what happened. I can't make any promises about what they'll be able to do for you, but they will have access to all the most up-to-date information about what you can do with your Disneyland Resort tickets and how to navigate the Theme Parks being sold out for the day you're planning to visit. I hope it all works out for you, and you're able to spend the last weekend of the year at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
