For a family of 4 on the QS Dining Plan and one being on the kids plan - can we mobile order 4 kids meals at the same time? Say we have a day where we all just want a smaller meal option. Will the system allow you to use the kid credits like that?

Hi there, Miranda, and welcome back to planDisney! I'm thrilled that you've made us your trusted source for Disney vacation planning advice. I am a huge fan of dining plans and am so excited that you're going to take advantage of the benefits of dining plans during your upcoming vacation. My family recently had a great experience with the dining plan, so I'm happy to share that with you!

When you check in to your Disney Resorts Collection Hotel and have a Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, you'll receive two quick-service meals and one snack per person, per night of stay. You'll be able to track these within the My Disney Experience Mobile App. There, you'll see the number of remaining meals and snacks, and you'll also see that they're separated by kids meals and adult meals.

You can use these meals and snacks whenever you like during your stay, up until midnight on the day you check out. You can order all of the meals at once, or spread them out throughout your stay - it's up to you! If just one of you is hungry at a time, you can order just one meal. This is also the case with snacks! There were definitely times when my kids preferred to share a large snack, and times when we each needed our own snack. Flexibility is one of my favorite benefits of dining plans!

I found that placing a Mobile Food & Beverage Order through the My Disney Experience Mobile App was the best way for me to save time and keep track of the meals that my family was ordering. Placing a Mobile Order at a nearby quick-service restaurant while waiting to board an attraction helped me plan ahead and save time. I'd also periodically check our remaining meals and snacks to ensure we were on track.

Miranda, did you know that, even though you've opted for the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan, you can still take advantage of the amazing table service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort? I love to make an Advance Dining Reservation at a table service restaurant when we know we'll be spending a long day in the Disney Theme Parks, because it allows us to relax and recharge so that we can finish the day with renewed energy! As our friend Lumiere says, "If you're stressed, it's fine dining we suggest!"

I hope you have the very best time during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Please stop back by planDisney anytime!

    TTFN! Ta ta for now!
