    My family is purchasing the basic dinning plan for our July trip, I was wondering if the Fantasmic! Dinner package is available for use as one of the full service meals? I

    Yes. You can use your Disney Dining Plan credits to pay for a Fantasmic Dinner Package. Moms Panelist Darcie does a very complete job of explaining this HERE.
