My family purchased tickets for the Magic Kingdom on May 29th. There are 4 families in the big family and we’d like to turn in our emailed ricket receipt for the gate ticket. We were told this could be done at DisneybSprings but we aren’t sure where.

Welcome to planDisney Karol, and thank you for stopping by with your question! It sounds like a magical day at Magic Kingdom is just around the corner for your big family, and I’m so excited for all the memories you’re about to make. With multiple families in your group, planning ahead is a great way to make sure everyone’s set for a smooth start to the day. I’d be happy to help guide you on where and how to pick up your tickets before your visit.

You can exchange your emailed ticket receipt for physical admission cards at the Disney Ticket Center in Disney Springs. This location is situated in the Town Center area, near Blaze Fast-Fire’d Pizza and D-Luxe Burger, and is conveniently close to the bus loop if you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel.

To pick up your tickets, bring the confirmation email from your purchase, the credit card used for payment, and a valid government issued photo ID. The Disney Ticket Center offers a comfortable, air conditioned environment with seating, making it a convenient spot to handle ticketing needs before your park visit.

Alternatively, you can also exchange your emailed ticket receipt for physical tickets at Guest Relations windows located outside the entrance to each of the four Walt Disney World theme parks. Before picking up your physical tickets, it's a good idea to link them to your My Disney Experience account using the ticket ID number from your confirmation email. This allows you to manage your plans, including park reservations and Lightning Lane Passes, in advance.

Whether you choose to pick up your tickets at Disney Springs or at the park entrance, both options are available to accommodate your family's needs. I hope this information helps you and your family feel prepared and excited for your upcoming day at Magic Kingdom! If you have any more questions as your trip approaches, feel free to visit us again at planDisney. Wishing you a day filled with wonder, laughter, and unforgettable memories!
