    My family and I purchased the 3-day California resident special promotion in September but may have to reschedule the dates for next month due to an emergency. Is that possible?

    I’m delighted to hear that you took advantage of the California Resident Ticket offer! I did too and I’m going to use the last day of my ticket this weekend! Please note that this ticket offer is good for admission through September 30, 2021. But, please don’t worry if you’re unable to visit before then. That’s because according to eTicket Terms & Conditions unless otherwise stated, the amount paid for any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park ticket (with the exception of Special Event Tickets) may be applied towards the purchase of a new theme park admission ticket at the current price. The new ticket purchase price must be equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original ticket. When you’re ready to visit the Disneyland Resort, simply go to a Main Entrance ticket booth and a Cast Member will assist you by applying your eligible ticket amount towards a new ticket purchase.
