Hi. My family plans to visit WDW this spring and summer but would like to stay off-site with family that lives in the area. Would we be able to visit restaurants with sit down service for character meals? Also can we visit Beaches & Cream?

    Hi Tangi,

Absolutely! You are welcome to make Advanced Dining Reservations for any table-service restaurant at Walt Disney World Resort. You'll want to keep in mind that to dine at a restaurant inside a park, you need to use a park pass for entry. You can make reservations 180-days prior to your arrival by calling (407) WDW-DINE or by booking online. Beaches & Cream Soda Shop is a fun place to grab ice-cream together. Be sure to try the Kitchen Sink! After dining at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, I recommend that you walk around the Crescent Lake area. Disney's BoarkWalk is nearby and it is especially fun in the evening. Trying out the various restaurants in Disney Resorts will give you the opportunity to explore options on where you might want to stay on your next Disney vacation.

As far as Character Dining goes, I recommend Chef Mickey's, Cinderella's Royal Table, Minnie's Beach Bash Breakfast at Cape May Cafe, The Crystal Palace, and Donald's Safari Breakfast at the Tusker House Restaurant

    Wishing you magical memories,
