    Hi, My Family plans to head to Disney World in December of 2021. We are a party of 7 so we may get a connecting room. Do you have any suggestions for hotels? Thank You!

    Welcome Foolish Mortals to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Hello Ian, I’m Shantel and I’ll be your Ghost Host today!

    Staying at a Disney Resort Hotel is something my family looks forward to with each and every trip we plan. The very moment we step into our hotel we know we are in the middle of the Magic! Since you are a larger party, I recommend staying at a resort that offers rooms that can accomodate your entire party. Most 2-3 Bedroom Villas will be able to do just that! Some of my favorite resorts that offer these Villas include; Disney’s Old Key West Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, Disney’s Beach Club, and Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. Disney’s Riviera Resort is absolutely breathtaking and if I had to choose one, it would most definitely be this resort!

    You also have the option of staying at a Value or Moderate Resort and requesting a “nearby room” or a room with a “connecting door”. My family did this at Disney’s Pop Century Resort and we loved it! It was nice to have my Mouseketeer’s grandparents right there with us. If you choose to do this option, keep in mind that it is a request, and Disney will try their best to meet your request.
