My family and I are planning out out dinning reservations as we near our 60 day mark. We are considering Be Our Guest but we were wondering if The Beast is greeting guests in his library again or if he is walking through the dining rooms and greeting them?

Greetings, Bethany! Thanks for bringing a question about my favorite Disney Dining experience…Be Our Guest Restaurant! With being so close to your 60-day reservation date, I am glad you brought your question to us.

The master of the castle, Beast himself, does indeed make his rounds through all three dining areas as Guests enjoy their (delicious) meals! This dining experience is not technically considered “character dining” so there is not an opportunity for Guests to take one-on-one photos with Beast. However, he does visit the dining areas frequently, pausing long enough to capture some pictures with him in the background. During my most recent visit to the castle, Beast came to my dining room three times allowing plenty of opportunities for photographs to be taken!

In addition to the Beast visiting the dining areas, Guests are also provided with an autographed card to commemorate their visit to one of the most magical destinations in all of the Walt Disney World Resort! Of course, my favorite part of the meal comes at the end when dessert is brought to the table. Lumiere was right! The “grey stuff” is delicious!

    Dreams do come true!
