Ahoy again, Dulcelita!
I love your idea for a
land and sea adventure. You’ll get to hEAR both “Welcome Home!” and “Welcome Aboard!” in the same vacation. So board your magic carpet and make all the travel plans for an epic Disney experience.
You could talk to a
Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planning Specialist who can help you with planning both pieces of a land and sea adventure. The real advantage to this is being able to handle the reservations at the same time. The other option is to book the land and sea portions separately and
contact a Disney Vacation Specialist to work on the Walt Disney World component.
As I see it, the advantage to having them booked separately is that you might be able to make a change if a
Walt Disney World discount or promotion becomes available. There are currently no
special offers available on the Disney Cruise Line side, but I recommend that you keep checking to see if new dates or rates get posted. All the money you would save with a special offer or discount can be put towards amazing Disney Cruise Line extras like
Port Adventures, dinner at
Palo, or spa treatments at
Senses Spa and Salon. These are some of my absolute favorites while sailing with Captain Mickey.
Feel free to rub the lamp and let planDisney be your Genie in answering more planning questions. We like nothing more than making travel wishes come true.
Happy Sailing!
