    My family is planning a WDW trip in June & I am hoping we will get to have dinner @ the Be Our Guest restaurant. A few questions 1. what is the max number of guests that can be made in a reservation to sit at the same table? 2. is it Character dining?

    Hi Lisa!

    Be Our Guest is one of my favorite restaurants, it doesn't hurt that Beauty and The Beast is one of my favorite Disney movies of all time.You will feel as if you have been completely immersed in a "Tale as old as time," with 3 separate dining areas including the West Wing, Ballroom and the Rose Gallery.  Be Our Guest offers quick-service dining the hours of 10:30 am to 2:30 pm and table-service dining typically from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  

    Be Our Guest is not a traditional character location, the Beast is present during dinner hours in his study for photographs,be aware that he does not sign autographs or meet guests at tables.If you have anyone celebrating a special event during your trip, I highly recommend noting this on your reservation. We were celebrating birthday on our last vacation and the birthday boy received a gorgeous card and photograph with both Belle and Beast signatures.

    Be Our Guest has different size tables that can accommodate most party sizes, their large round table can typically accommodate up to 10 guests.Disney will note on most reservations that your party being split up is a possibility.Although I have been with groups of 10 to 15 people and we were only seated a different tables for one reservation.If you will be with a party of 15 or more, you will want to contact Be Our Guest special event dining at WDW.BOG.SpecialEvents@disney.com.The special events team is fabulous at accommodating large parties for table-service reservations.  

    A dinner reservation at Be Our Guest is a very popular and coveted reservation,I would recommend that you contact the special events team or make your reservations as soon as possible.Reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance and this location will often completely book very quickly.
