Hi - My family of 5 is planning on visiting Magic Kingdom, Hollywood, and Animal Kingdom during our visit, but only 2 of us are going to Epcot. Do I need to purchase the reservations seperately, since we are not going to all be together the whole time?

Wow, Amy! That itinerary sounds very much like one used by my own family of five! Magic Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal are “must-dos” for the whole family! EPCOT is a favorite of others and they will head over to EPCOT while some of us relax and have fun at the resort pool! I have a feeling that might be different during our next visit! The whole family is excited to experience Remy's Ratatouille Adventure! This brand new attraction is scheduled to open on October 1, 2021 in honor of The World's Most Magical Celebration!

I’ll guide you on how to make the appropriate reservations. First, make sure that all members of your travel party are included in your My Disney Experience account. Once you purchase the number of tickets that are needed for each individual, you will need to make your Disney Park Pass reservations. When making your park reservations, you will be prompted to identify the day and the park that you want to visit. You will then be prompted to identify “Who will be going?” to that particular park. That is where you’ll differentiate between who is going to EPCOT and who is not. You’ll click the “box” next to the names of the Guests in your party who will be going to EPCOT. You’ll leave the other boxes unchecked for those Guests not going to EPCOT.

Whether on your home computer or on the My Disney Experience app, the Disney Park Pass reservation system is very flexible and easy to use! You can even cancel park pass reservations and then make new park pass reservations for a different park if your plans change! Happy planning!
